Were the seven churches of Asia Minor INTEGRATED

A Jew, who was raised in the 1st century AD, believed that mingling with Gentiles was looked down upon, and by most, forbidden..And, thought a number of Jews made the decision to follow Christ, they must have still felt the need to separate themselves..
So, were the seven churches of Asia Minor integrated congregations or did they remain separate.

Since Paul pointed out in his Ephesian letter that the dividing wall between Jews and Gentiles has been brought down, don't you think Jesus would have addressed this issue to any of the seven churches in Revelation 2-3 if they still were having an issue with this?

What was "the wall" that divided Jew and Gentile?

The churches were integrated outside of Judea. Churches were based on a location in those days not on a doctrinal or racial stance.

The Jews would attend synagogue on Friday night and then meet with the brethren on Saturday night.

It seems to me from reading the context of Ephesians 2 (note verses 14-15) that the wall/barrier was the Law.
