What is "rep off," under some peoples name, also why is there two little stars under some peoples name (not big, but small), like these **.
Jesus is enough
Members can give one another reputation points for posts they really like. If you have your rep turned off (in your user profile) that means other people can't see it. Rep doesn't really mean a whole lot, it's just something fun we do 'round here. We even have a Rep Day once a month where we post in a designated thread and rep each other for no reason.
The stars under user names refer to the amounts of posts a member has made.
