You have tried to access a file or folder that is not supposed to be public. Usually this is a sign of malware.403 (Forbidden). This is a sort of catch-all refusal. If the server understood the request but, for whatever reason, refuses to honor it, a code 403 will often be returned. The server may or may not explain why it is sending a 403 response and there is not much you can do about it.

Very interesting. I have used Norton 360 as well as Norton's latest security suite and I am currently using AVG on both my Win 7 and XP laptop. I get them in both OS's with both security suites.It only happens on rare occasions. As in three or four times.Could it be a result of the security "phising" modules or should I get paranoid?

Don't know. Here's what I do know - I have yet to examine a computer that does not have some form of malware on it. Regardless of which AV and how many different AV's one uses, they are not perfect. An AV is not a silver bullet, at best, it's a Kevlar vest; you can still get shot in the leg or the head.
