    Were the Jesuits operational in the Bible times??
    Or are they a current day R/C following of Jesus??

    Society of Jesus funded in 1534 by Ignatius Loyola. Very active in the Counter Reformation and the Second Vatican Council they are today's largest order of priests and brothers in the RCC.
