Hi everybody
Would you guys please pray for me. I found out the other day that my dad and stepmom are getting divorced. This will be the 2nd time both of them have gone through a divorce so I ask that you pray for them.

Also I need suggestions or ideas on how to deal with this. This is something that I never imagined I would have to go through again so as you can imagine I'm still in shock about it and really don't know how I feel or how to deal with this.

And this has also put a strain on my marriage so also please pray for me and John. I have been taking out finding this out on him and I shouldn't be doing that.

So like I said any suggestions, ideas, or personal experiences on dealing with divorce will be greatly appreciated.

Sure am sorry about this, onfire4god, and yes, prayers this evening for your Dad and Stepmom, asking that this thing can be stopped.

As far as suggestions on dealing with this ordeal, I think I would concentrate on my own marriage more than ever.

Well it is actually official as of yesterday that my dad and step-mom are getting divorced. My dad told my step-mom a couple of months ago that he wanted to end things and he was trying to end it nicely but my step-mom didn't want to. My step-mom caught him with another woman on the night before her birthday. The whole entire family is heart-broken. So please pray for me and the whole entire family as we go through this very difficult time during the holidays especially.

Like I said the whole entire family is heart-broken. My brother, my step-sister, my sister-in-law and me are taking it the hardest out of anybody. I am because my dad lied to me the past 2 months about what was really going on. My step-mom is also taking this really hard as to be expected. So please just continue to pray that God give us strength and comfort to deal with this and the holidays.
