Update: Iran court refers Youcef Nadarkhani case to supreme leader (Oct 10th 2011)

The latest development in this case is reported on http://www.timesofoman.com/innercat....il=50629&rand= . According to the Times of Oman, AFP (Agence France Presse) reports the case is being referred to Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. As time of posting it has not been possible to confirm this report. I will update when possible.

Please also pray that this matter would get some "real" media attention (i.e. headlines on the front page to get people, and eventually politicians, motivated that something might actually be done about this before it is too late). In the UK the BBC have almost totally ignored the case. CNN has it buried in a blog, and I could not find it on MSNBC or Reuters.
