Belief in God: North American and Europe (Pic)

While browsing on Reddit, I encountered this image:



I find this very interesting. All the time I'm hearing about this great falling away taking place in America. And yes I know, just because someone believes in God does NOT mean they are Christian, saved, etc. Yet it is interesting to me that we are second only to Mexico, and roughly tied with Canada, when it comes to nations that believe in God. It looks like the majority of all Americans have that belief. Now, I'm not going to say that America doesn't need to be reached out to, because any country that has unbelievers needs to be reached out. But I almost want to say that Europe as a continent needs to be sought after just as bad - nay, worse - than America.

I agree that both Europe and the USA need to be reached out to, but I wonder if you have a map of the whole world. This map doesn't differentiate between false god and true God believers. Many that don't believe as I do, (infact, all), are not serving the true God. Islamists believe they serve God, but I disagree, based on their opposition to Him and His word.
God is love, and they who commit sin are not of God.

This should be taken with a grain of salt. Quebec is really dark but I can tell you that they are a very secular and permissive society. They do have a strong catholic heritage and I'm assuming this is where that comes from. However I doubt very much than many quebecers care much about God.

It is a misleading graphic. It appears any god will qualify for this "belive in God" subject.

I don't think it checked to see if you believed in the Christian God, just if you had any kind of mental conception of a God that you believed to be real.
