Guy: How the *** am I supposed to know that?
Operator: Um, sir, I need to know what type of pool you have...?
Guy: It's a pool! What part don't you understand?
Operator: And you don't know if it's aboveground or inground?

Operator: Okay sir, this is what we're going to do. I want you to go outside and run straight at your pool. If you fall in, it's an inground pool. If you bounce off, it's an aboveground pool. Then call me back.
