Sounds like you have some old cookies and/or cached files on your machine. Try clearing out your cache (history) and cookies.
If that does not work, try this link http://software77.net/geo-ip/ then look for the link on the right to Full Details and lets see the output of that. (If you're worried about privacy, I can move this to the chat to moderators forum ... just say so)
