I ask Our Father to forgive my sins of the day every evening and ask Our Father to stop me from sinning to renew me,and i forgive everyone i have grieviances with including past ones because of this scripture

I read a few years ago on a website that we should forgive God Our Father for all the bads issues in our lives because Our Father has allowed them to happen to us.Not caused them because we live in a world of lust and greed because the Devil is still ruler of this world.So i forgive Our Father for the big issues that i didn't like in the past.I think it helps me spiritually.
