Help! worried about friend.

I have had a friend for many years. I love him (in a Christian way), but recently, he told me he felt attracted to other boys. I have been brought up in a Christian household and know that this is a sin; and I am worried about his soul, and as ever, want advice from my elders.

Also, he was sitting very close to me at the time, and I am afraid that not only does he serve Satan, but that he may also be trying to lure others into his grasp.

Please help. I asked my parents, and they laughed at me and said I should not be worried about him. I know I should honour my father and mother, but does that include when they tell me to go against God? I need good, Christian advice.

I'm sure you feel concerned for your friend Is he a Christian? If he is, is your relationship with him good enough to talk with him about it, in regards to what scripture says? He needs you to continue to be his friend and he needs you to pray for him.

Where do you get the idea that he's serving satan? What trap is he trying to lure people into? Homosexuality? You have no reason to be afraid of this friend, some people, especially when they are younger, question their sexuality, but most never go further than that. If he is a teenager, then this is a confusing time for many, just love him and pray for him. It might never go beyond that.

Your parents have told you not to worry about it, Jesus tells us not to worry too. How is this going against God?

I know this has upset you, but pray for him and know that Jesus wants your friend to be saved.Be there for him and try not to judge him. This must be a difficult time for him too

I am not for one instant condoning homosexuality, but as time goes by, I conclude more and more that there are many heterosexuals just as perverted as any homosexual.

It took me many years to come to that conclusion.

There are many unsaved heterosexuals in heterosexual sexual sin that need delivering.
