2 Chronicles 7:15-16
The chapter before when people were praying FOR this Sally and her salvation and up in heaven the prayers reached God and the author depicts... "God's sovereign hand moved"... (something close to that - book is upstairs) to signify the prayers were answered and all that watering that had been done was about to result in growth... I felt it then. Then when I got the actual part and read her prayer and when Jesus came to her and all that was happening in the spiritual realm as angles praised... wow. What a gifted author.
