I think it's because the thread titles have to be limited. They run off the screen otherwise. So you start out and emphasize the big part early, then finish with a question on the last part.

Hi sheperdsword!I can't say I know the yoda speak count.... but do giggles count for reps?
Last night, I dreamt that three bald ducks came into my room and started pecking at my pillows because they wanted their feathers back.
