Just wanted to check if people here listen to Christian Radio Stations.
Which one do you listen to and why do you like it?
I used to listen to a Christian station several hours a day. The station had always operated from donations from listeners. I donated to them regularly. They then decided to start having "business partners." "Business partner" was nothing but a fancy name for advertiser. One of their "business partners" was nothing but a crook and a very dishonest person. I e-mailed them about him and received no response. I quit listening and quit supporting the station.
People here are from all around the world, so I say its safe to assume that we can't all listen to the same stations on the radio.
Putting on my Mod hat now to say this:With that said, I'm moving this to the Christian Fellowship forum where it fits better.........
My favorite scripture: Malachi 3:16
"Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name!" (Every time we speak of the Lord, or even THINK of him--its written down in a book of remembrance!)
I Listen to WORD-FM out of Pittsburgh during my morning drive in to work.
I like to catch Dr. Michael Youssef's sermons every morning and depending when I climb in my car I usually catch most of James MacDonald's sermon before Dr. Youssef comes on or John MacArthur after. Then I usually stop at a coffee shop near work and read a bit of the bible before I go to the office.
Why do I like it? I find that getting up early and listening to a preacher I respect (Dr. Youssef mostly) and then reading the bible is a great way to start the day.
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

Z88.3 here in Orlando. Hands down. They do have an internet stream cast too if you want to check them out.
Even so, come Lord Jesus!
I listen to WFRN here in Michigan most days. 104.7, and they have a webpage and such.
When I lived in New Hampshire, I listened to WWPC: very excellent station for the more "rock" orientated worshippers out there.![]()
Either this man was, and is, the Son of God: or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him and kill Him as a demon; or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.C.S. Lewis
You're gonna make a difference when you lay down your life, and in complete submission to God, choose to die with Him in service to other people.

Here in The UK I listen to a station called UCB. It's quite good. Presenters can be on the cheesy (corny) side though.
Jesus Christ....who do you say He is?
Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 1 John 4:1
In this day and age with resources like www.iheartradio.com where you can listen live to any radio station you want to across the country your synopsis is no longer valid. I live and work in New Orleans but just a few weeks ago I was listening to a radio station in Detroit just to hear what the local weather report was.
I didnt know the link didnt work
