".....it's your nickel"
Amen! Beautifully done Jayne. I've been discussing this same subject at length with a couple of friends lately. The revelations God is giving us about and through these things are sometimes too greay for words.
Thanks so much! The study really shook me to my core about how I view my relationship between myself and the Lord. And you are right - when the Lord reveals something it is many times too great for words. I'm so glad that He is more awesome than I can imagine and more awesome than I can sometimes describe.
God Bless you! This word is so timely in my life right now, thank you for sharing it as I needed to hear it so much.
A very helpful article. For the past few months I have struggled with a personal issue and the passage "he who loves son or daughter more than me" kept coming to mind. What you have shared is in line with sifting to bring out the truth in my own situation. Thank you for sharing. I would love to read this book.
Silvermist, the book comes in workbook form, for personal notes and reflection, but the hardback copy contain more content. I have both. I consider it a good investment.

Jayne, thank you for sharing this. I especially like the last line that summarizes what the study was saying, that "Sufferings and siftings aren't for faith shaking, but for faith building."
Kinda new here so I'm hoping that it was okay for me to read this piece .... because I thoroughly enjoyed it. There is much edification to be weaned from articles such as this one. Honest to it's core and written with a great understanding of God's truth .... and love. Loved the Spurgeon quote too ! Thanks and God bless![]()
Thanks, brother. I am a huge Spurgeon fan!
