I witnessed nothing but heresay, which is not legally admissable in court (at least in America).
I'm not on the jury. You'll need to appeal to someone else to dispense your desire for vengence. If the man is guilty, he will be punished by the legal system that exists in his jurisdiction by the proper authorities. God will have His vengence, or forgive him depending on what choices he makes with what's left of his life.
Would you demand justice from God if he came to Christ and was forgiven?
Unhappy is he who mistakes the branch for the tree, the shadow for the substance.
Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare it on the islands from afar, and say, "He Who scattered Israel will gather them together and watch them as a shepherd his flock."
Jeremiah 31:9
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

You're welcome.
My question was why wasn't he charged. Reynolds answered that question. As an officer of the law he knows far more about this then I ever will and his opinion weighs far more heavily than mine. I admitted so. How could I not?
That's why I wondered at your response.

I suppose any charges have to be considered carefully to make sure they stick. The local laws may not have any provisions in this circumstance, but Federal civil rights laws may be prosecutable. Who know? One thing for sure, rule of law can not operate when emotions are out of control. This is exactly why God calls us not to seek vengence in His Law.

God mandated that if the blood of man is shed then by man will his blood be shed. This predates the law. If he came to Christ all would be forgiven but a man still reaps what he sows.
Well,I 'm sure he'll get a better trial than the 17 year old kid he shot.
Lord, one thing I ask...use me for your glory.
