You're right. Despite denials by the politically correct and reality-challenged, CAIR, and other sources of misinformation, a global Caliphate is the stated goal by most of the more honest and vocal Muslim leaders today. In polls, about half of all Muslims agree with that agenda. The other 50 percent are passengers on a jihad bus driven by the radicals, and either have no say in their destination, or are too afraid to say anything. (We should remember that Muslims are as susceptible to the swift sword of Islam as non-Muslims). But you are correct: the later, less tolerant views concerning non-Muslims abrogate the earlier, more conciliatory sentiments. And the end of the matter, as far as most Muslims are concerned is, the world must ultimately submit to Allah, in accordance with the teachings of the Koran and Muhammad--or else.
