how do i activate asking folk to be friends and being able to send and receive messag

Please can someone guide me?

Hello Tea.

Right click on their name and you will see in the dropdown box the option to "Open link in new tab" Once you open the new link you will see an option "+ add them as friend." on the top left of the new page.

A friend request will then be sent to that person and they will have the option to accept or reject it.

Some people have selected an option not to receive private messages. If that is the case then you do not have many options for private discussions with them.
