But if a man rising from the dead and how the universe came into existence are so well documented and so important, then why do they fall under "church" and not "state" when it comes to determining if they should be taught about in public school?
The bible says "God created" but doesn't say how God created. The bible isn't taught in schools any more because of the lies of Satan, which tell you that science (which is has laws, and boundaries) proves that there is no God, despite the fact that God is above the laws that He created. If He is (and indeed He is) the very definition of infinity, being omnipotent and all that neat stuff, then no wordly "proof" which is bound by the laws of physics could "prove" an infinite God. We only have pieces of the puzzle, but that's proof enough for me.
John 10 (KJV)
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
