Most are probably aware by now that an unscrupulous producer working for NBC news edited the audio broadcast of George Zimmerman's 911 call to make him sound racially biased against Trayvon Martin. NBC has apparently terminated the culprit. There is no excuse for such unethical practices. The clear motive was to sensationalize the news story, and the only thing accomplished was a further fanning the flames of racial tension.
