First of all, it's not the Dead Sea Scrolls, it's a stone tablet of unknown authorship. Second of all, the references are quite vague and the NY Times article even has mistranslations.

Very interesting article. Apart from this stone, we are also told that some of the scrolls are in private hands and yet to be published. Im not sure of how many.
