OK so now I do hate somebody?

You're debating from an odd point.

I don't hate God, I pray to Him daily.

I don't hate Jesus, I think he was an essentially good guy.

So where does my "hatred for God" come in? Because I don't believe exactly what you do? I think that says more about how you personally handle rejection than about my emotions on a subject.

Hating evil behavior...such as driving slow in the passing lane or checking out in the grocery store 10-item express lane with 235 items...is not the same as hating people!

Oh yeah...and then they try to pay with a check...and they have no ID....this is clearly satanic behavior...

Since when does lying make a person a good guy? I know the Muslim's think it is honorable to lie, but I didn't think that was acceptable behavior for a Jew.

I never accused him of lying.

Jesus declared that he was the Son of God. Did Jesus lie?

Jewish prayers to this day refer to God as "our Father". I believe Christian prayers do as well. Are we lying?

A few minutes? Hours? days? What?

    Don't say good
Of course it's not good, I will miss our discussion!

I think it is the position of most Jews, and most non-Christians in general, that Jesus probably never said that, and that that sort of stuff was added by later biographers. Jews and non-Christians do not consider the New Testament to be inspired writing.

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Did Jesus lie in John 14:6?

Most Jews don't have a Temple, or a High Priest, or a King either.

What does this have to do with a stone tablet of unknown authorship that doesn't even have the word "messiah" on it?

Nothing, but you were very defensive that someone might believe it was about the Messiah.

I'm not defensive, obviously a whole bunch of someones believe it's about the messiah. I personally find it unconvincing.

Well I am neutral on the stone, since I don't read Hebrew and I don't know who wrote it, or when. You said they didn't translate it properly, and my question is what didn't they translate properly?

The NY Times article has a mistranslation. Scholars are debating what's actually written on the stone, I'm not getting involved in that.
