I looked it up. Here is a link to how to make one, if thats the one you were looking for. Maybe there are different patterns? But I'll post the link to this one for ya. This is the name of it, just click on the name below.

Oops...sorry! completely missed the link there. lol

Hmm. It's just a cone shape with a cut-out, Ta-An. Circle on the bottom, half circle on the top (formed into a cone), cut out the hole for the pegs and embroider it. Then attach a loop for the clip on top and voila, done. You could probably very easily play around with that and come up with your own pattern. It's just geometry, really.

You're the quilt person. I've never quilted anything, ever in my life. I was just looking at the picture of the bag and figuring out the approximate geometric pattern shapes I saw it made out of, to help you out. So you draw whatever kind of half quarter whatever circle works for you!You say half circle
