Are we to suppose that women are allowed to talk and teach in church services provided that they remained unmarried?

Even Helen Barrett Montgomery (1861-1934), in her Centenary [the 100th anniversary of the American Baptist Publication Society] Translation of the New Testament published in 1924, gives us the following translation, of 1 Tim. 2:11-14,

11. Let a woman learn quietly in entire submission.
12. I allow no woman to teach, or to exercise authority over a man; but let her keep quiet.
13. It was Adam who was first formed, then Eve.
14. And it was not Adam who was deceived; but it was the woman who was thoroughly deceived, and who became involved in transgression.
