No. In the UK, the Church of England (Anglican Communion, represented in the US by the Episcopal Church USA) is the official Church, with the English monarch technically being at the head, under title of "Defender of the Faith", while the Archbishop of Canterbury is the leading prelate.
All citizens and legal foreign workers in the UK pay taxes that support the Church.
