I really don't know what this prayer should be about. I'm afraid to ask for anything specific because I don't want to deviate from God's plan. I'd ask for the prayer be for mercy but some days I'm not so sure I'd use it wisely. I'd ask the prayer be about encouragement but I don't know which direction I need encouraged. Maybe just clear direction . . .
whether you believe its a mental illness or demonic oppression . . . I'm really at a dead end.

But God is great
Just talk to God throughout your day. It does not have to be about something dramatic. Don't worry that your wasting Gods time. God's time is not our time. He knows all the thoughts of all men at all times. The benefit of prayer is to the one communicating with God. So talk to Him about anything and everything. Remember God is not impressed with elegant speech or sentence structure, God knows what a person means even when they butcher their words. Trust in Gods love for you.
