Oh yes, and make sure you change every single password you've got on the site.
24 August 2013 - I've decided to take a break from a number of internet forums, including this one, for my own reasons.
I expect to be back at some time in the future, although at present don't know when that will be.
I've been here just a few days shy of six years, and those six years have been greatly blessed.

1Jn 4:1 NKJV Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.
1Th 5:21-22 NKJV Test all things; hold fast what is good. (22) Abstain from every form of evil.

Check the zone file for your domain. It may be that he has redirected traffic for your domain to an IP address of his choice. Get the IP for your account from your hosting provider. Check this ip against the "A" entries in your domain's zone file and make sure they match. Most hosting providers have an interface control panel to modify your zone file settings. Contact your web hosting tech support group.

    Hi Revmitchell.

Out of respect to the others that commented in this thread, I offer my advice. I'm a web developer and have helped many people in the past.

    Do this first.
Contact your web host, find out what they can do to assist getting your website back up and running.
If you have an HTML website without a database, log in to FTP and compare the server website files against the website files on your computer, don't delete the files at this point. Hopefully after your discovered that your website was hacked you didn't download your site files from the server, if you did, whatever script the hacker used is now included in your downloaded site files, don't re-upload your files.

Revmitchell as a last resort if your website is HTML based with no database you can contact your host and have them re-load your hosting account, this will delete your entire account including e-mails etc. Only do this as a last resort, if you have a good web host they will help as much as they can.

    Second.
Before deleting the files that don't compare to the one's on your computer, contact your web host and ask them how far back they keep backup files for your site.
Keep in mind some web hosts will keep backup files of your site for only a month. All good web hosts create nightly backups.

If you run a blog type website using Wordpress or the many others available today you may have a major problem. Wordpress uses a database to store web content, if you use anyone of these it's very likely that the database is corrupted as well, if you have saved the content and images separately, then all you have to do is delete the database and uninstall Wordpress or whatever blog style software, and start over.

Here are a few tips to secure your website.
You have the option in your host account to run your site under HTTS instead of HTTP, contact your web host for more information.

Use SFTP instead of regular FTP programs, check out this program.

Keep Your Software/Scripts Up To Date, if you run third party software or scripts keep them updated, it's not the job of a web host to update any software or scripts they don't either offer or support.

The easiest way hackers can get access to your website is by guessing your password. Keeping a strong password is crucial and is the first step in protecting your website.

Use a password with Upper case and lower case, numbers and symbols or characters. The longer the password the better. Change your password every 3 months.

Also read what Google recommends to website owners that have been Hacked. My site's been hacked - now what?

If you need and help. send me a PM and I will assist you.
    Good luck.

    what I see is this

Warning: require_once([path]/includes/facebook/facebook.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [path]/includes/class_facebook.php on line 13

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/pastorssource/public_html/includes/facebook/facebook.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/pastorssource/public_html/includes/class_facebook.php on line 13
Generally it means your host has updated from PHP 5.2 to 5.3
