Please pray for my physical and mental health..

I have been having alot of unexplained pain...I was told I have fibromyalgia..and I just hurt all over...I feel like I have been run over by a Mac truck....I keep having chest pains and so I went to a heart Dr. and he did a nucluer stress test and he said it looked ok, but I was exercising like an 80 yr old, that I needed to start a exercise program of some kind and that he wasnt sure why I am having chest pains...they come and go...also, I am suffering off and on alot with my "Scrupolosity" and its rough to deal with all these unwanted thoughts, they really come blasting in my mind when I get under alot of Stress or I am in a stressful event...here comes all these tons of unwanted self-destructive thoughts..........ohhhh they make me feel awful, and I just say God please forgive me , I dont mean or want these thoughts..please help them to go away..and please bring me "peace" of mind....there is so much going on, my husband is Bi-polar and that is difficult to live with someone that has that...he has these terrible ANGER outbursts and they scare me...and he is just real controling and if things dont go his way or etc...he just goes into this anger/physco outburst...and I have enough stress with just dealing with my problems...my husband has mental and physical problems also of various kinds...I am on disability and so I have a very small amount of money coming in monthly...he makes the most and pays the bills but he makes me give him so much of my money to help with the bills.. I dont know...I am just stressed and I am just asking for prayer, that God will give me strength, Peace of mind and wisdom to know what to do and the courage to do what I need to do and the ability to accept what I can not change...thank you in advance!

I pray that the Lord will give you peace and wisdom to deal with your situation. That as you focus on Jesus and the word, these thoughts will disappear.That His healing hand will take away this pain your experiencing, and that He will minister to your husband also.

Well, considering the info in your other post I would maybe guess that the heart pains could be due to stress. The doctor is right about the exercise, of course. It has been shown to be far more effective than pharmaceuticals for depression & all kinds of problems. I wonder if some theanine - a harmless amino acid that is shown to have no negative side effects - could possibly help you and your husband with stress. There are lots of reviews of it on places like Amazon & ihberb.

I wonder if there are some forums that could give you emotional support and practical advice for some of the issues you are dealing with.

Just some random thoughts. Praying that Abba will guide you to healing and wisdom in all these areas as He knows is best for you.
