Oh no, I have been away for a bit and am just hearing this news.

Thanks for the prayers.....
They said that the anemia came from his previous surgery. Charles is feeling much better and seems to have a lot of energy after 3 units of blood.......... I on the other hand am sore, tired and certainly not up to visitors........ it's already bad enough that Assisted Living comes in here and that we have to go shopping every now and then.......... we were planning on going to the postoffice tomorrow but we'll postpone that to Monday or Tuesday...... there's no way I am up to a taxiride right now.......it was nice to eat "normal" homecooked food again....... Charles is a good cook! We had already peeled asparagus, maybe we'll pick those up tomorrow while they're on sale.....not sure about it though, not looking forward on wearing clothes again, so probably ain't going to do it............
Sorry I can't sit up no more so I'll end it here.......... see you guys later...... ((hug))

He said he's just a cook and I decide the meals here....... so if I want Spaghetti, I get spaghetti........... but right now his care for me is too big to do big jobs away from me (even though the kitchen is next to the livingroom...... he needs to be able to stop everything to help me....... and that's already a big deal with "normal" cooking.........Originally Posted by IMINXTC

Charles is still anemic but it is hopefully solved with ironpills for 3 months (1 month gone now).......... he feels better and is even able to ride his bike again........
