Stands to reason that if God cannot be tempted by evil nor does He tempt any man.... That He also wouldn't create a sinfull man.... There was a human being (two in fact) that was created sinless.... One fell from that position.... The other died sinless on a cross....
All humans have fallen; Adam is no more special that a little baby....

Jesus the God-Man is the only human being to have never sinned.

Adam and Eve have the uniqueness of being the first humans, created outside of the womb as opposed to being created inside a mother's womb. Their uniqueness ends there; they were just as condemened by their sins as we are. The Devil didn't make them do it, it was the sinfulness within their own hearts that they did. God didn't sin. Satan didn't make them sin. They sinned of their own accord.
