Prayers for My Brothers Soul

I need some prayers for my brother. I have to call on the Army of God because this is going the wrong way. I don't even know how to explain but to say that Satan's got a bind on him. He has turned from a young man with such zeal for Jesus, to a young man with an obsession with the dark side. And it gets worse, and worse, and worse.... I hate to sound so dramatic, but it is what it is. I need as many prayers as possible because that is not for him. He is called by God to do great things for His kingdom. If anyone is a prayer warrior please help me out. He needs to wake up out of the trans. What is going on is not natural....its supernatural and I'm just too shocked to even process this. So like I said, any prayers are much needed. Thank you and may the Lord be with you all during these trying times.

Thank you everyone for your prayers. TRL, thank you for asking. I've been praying heavily for him over the last few days because it seems like the circle of negativity keeps getting bigger. How is he supposed to clear his head, if all these influences keep popping up? It will only be through God at this point. There is really nothing I can say or do. All I can do is pray because this seems like an intentional and direct attack.

I just now saw this. I was very busy and not on here much at the time it was posted and then, with the passing of my husband. Well, i just did not see it. But, I am praying for your dear brother. I promise. I'd also like to point you to the book of Nehemiah and to the dangers when the enemy destroys the gates and tears down the walls. No wonder Nehemiah was so sad! Couldn't eat or sleep...He realized what an easy thing it was once that happened for the enemy to come in like a flood and carry God's people away into captivity! I'm going to pray that somehow God will send someone to rebuild those walls and restore the gates and bring deliverance to your brother.

I think your prayers have given me a different perspective. I don't live near most of my family...I am 9 hours away, so it's hard for me because I feel that maybe if I was there I could have prevented certain things.....

When I started this thread, my point of view with this was, "well, I see whats happening, but there's nothing I can do but pray so that's it". I've seen things that I didn't need to see, and heard things that I didn't need to hear -so I just wanted to stay away from all of that, and leave it to God because I'm shaken up. Truly, there are things I can't even process mentally and I don't want to be involved in any craziness.

But God just put it on my heart that maybe I shouldn't be so distant. I don't have to preach and push him where he is not ready to go....but I can still show kindness while staying in prayer. I can still show that I care because if I don't, someone else will, and that's how people end up in dark places. I am praying and praying for some positive influences to come into his life and wake him up from this daze....maybe I can try a little harder to be more involved myself. That is what has been revealed to me thus far.

Yes, but the fact is, we don't wrestle against flesh and blood. I feel God has revealed to you what you should do, and we are here, praying right along with you. And friend, we are from all kinds of different places around the world! Know that you are not alone in praying. WE ARE HERE PRAYING right along beside you.
