Trying to find a church home, and was wondering if anyone know of a Baptist denomination that is not so dedicated to the pre-trib view?
Or does anyone know of an Anabaptist denomination that teaches Eternal Security of the Believer/OSAS?

Thanks I didn't know this. Haven't been to a Southern Baptist Church in a long while but have nothing but good memories of them.
Baptists didn't start adopting the pretrib view on any sizeable scale until the 20th century....historically before that Baptists like all other Protestant denominations were not pre-trib and were not dispensational.
Endtime marketing like Scoffield's Footnotes Bibles, Hal Lindsay's Great Late Planet Earth, and Tim Lahaye's Left Behind works of fictions have lead to the growth of the pretrib view within many denominations. If you research Christian history into the 19th century and definately the 18th century and prior to Darby, you won't find any denominations or groups holding or teaching it.
There are lots of SBC Churches that are not Pre-Trib. Ours is for the most part Pre-Trib.
Whether or not a preacher holds to pre-trib theory or not is immaterial. It is what you choose to believe that matters, and the rapture is not a "Gospel" issue. All of that is just chatting material and has no effect on your future with God.
Concentrate on a church that actually gets the Gospel message correct (according to scriptures) and allows you to worship God in spirit and truth. Then you can have a church home.
