    So, why is this scripture true?

    Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (Matt 7:21)

    Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? (Matt 7:22)

    And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matt 7:23)

    Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: (Matt 7:24)

    What saying did those that He will command to depart from Him commit?
    He will say "depart from me" to those that do not obey the will of the Father which boils down to..... Love the Lord you God with all your heart and love thy neighbour as thyself.
    Difficult at times to do but not difficult to understand

    Jesus has many sayings that bear on that Commandment, I believe.

    Some say to kill muderers, IMO.

    I would say that many don't understand that at all.
    GAL 4:25 For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

    MT 24:43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

    As opposed to the bad man that does nothing?

    AMOS 6:3 Ye that put far away the evil day, and cause the seat of violence to come near;

    Violence is sometimes necessary when it comes to fulfilling the commandment, 'love thy neighbour'.
