What do you know about the Stone of Scone?

Never heard of it until I googled it and read the wiki entry.![]()
It is only the cynic who claims “to speak the truth” at all times and in all places to all men in the same way, but who, in fact, displays nothing but a lifeless image of the truth… He dons the halo of the fanatical devotee of truth who can make no allowance for human weaknesses; but, in fact, he is destroying the living truth between men. He wounds shame, desecrates mystery, breaks confidence, betrays the community in which he lives, and laughs arrogantly at the devastation he has wrought and at the human weakness which “cannot bear the truth”. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, in Ethics.
Hear the word of the Lord, O nations, and declare it on the islands from afar, and say, "He Who scattered Israel will gather them together and watch them as a shepherd his flock."
Jeremiah 31:9

Some say if you hold your nose against the Stone of Scone until your nostrils are completely occluded, you will miraculously no longer sneeze from airborne irritants.
"It's a meeracle, lad, I tell ya'!" (insert appropriate brogue here).
Of course, this begs the inevitable question, "Should Christians hold their noses against the Stone of Scone?"

I think they should...after all, we are under grace, not under the law...we have liberty to mash our noses against anything not contrary to God's will. Remember, though, our maturity and liberty should not be a....wait for it....stumbling stone for those who believe differently.
As to question two, (cue eerie Celtic music, darkness, campfire, and again with the brogue): "Weel, laddies, if the Stoon of Scoon and the Lia Fail are ever joined togither, it's the end of whirled as we know it...Aye, the apocalypse will be ushered in, sure, and the faith of it!"
