So glad to find a Christian forum for women!! I have a few questions for you ladies! First, I have been on antidepressant meds for 11 years for anxiety/panic/mild depression. As a Christian woman this has often made me feel "less" of a Christian, but I eventually came to terms with it. My problem now is that after taking two different ADs (Paxil and Zoloft) and taking an antibiotic that shut down the zoloft... I am now SERIOUSLY wanting to try amino acid therapy. The things I have read about mainstream antidepressants are not promising in the long run... So if any of you have good experiences with amino acid therapy for help with anxiety/perimenopausal symptoms, please let me know! I go this Tuesday to a DO Dr. that specializes in getting people off of Ads and onto natural therapy. Please post your success stories of switching from conventional to natural therapy... I am claiming Psalm 37:4-5 as this is truly yhe desire of my heart to be on natural. I desire to be the best Christian wife and mother to two wonderful teenagers that I can be! So please pray for me as well!
