Unknown flowers

This flower grew for 3 years and then never returned... anyone know what kind of flower this is??

looks like Poison ivy to me.

We have salvia, and I don't believe those in the pictures are salvia (although the color of the flowers look the same color).

I believe those are actually Theophilica Humblisis, named for....well, you know. :-)
