Whenever things get on top of you

This evening I have been feeling quite bluh! I was feeling great. I went for a walk listening to Hymns looking at the trees in the the woods, enjoying being in God's presence but then I got home and had things to do. I felt I couldn't do them properly and that got me down.

But, thank You Lord that we go through trials when we are close to you. The devil tries to tempt me, because he KNOWS that I am Yours.

Thank you Lord. As I write this I am feeling better already!

What an encouraging post, thank you.
When the Israelites were faltering God often told the prophets to, "remind them of what I have done for them" and it's just as true for us today.
That and singing his praises at the top of your voice always chases my blues away.
