    Complete remission!

I discovered in September 2011 that i had a type of leukemia. (Acute promyelocytic leukemia) I spent 6 months in and out of the hospital. 5 rounds of chemotherapy. Pneumonia and a serious blood infection that caused a fever of 104.7.
I have complete remission as of the end of March. I feel completely normal and I went back to work on April 30. I work as a secretary at our local hospital, and I was able to go back to the position that I held before I left on emergency leave.
This was a really difficult time for me and my family in many ways. I am so thankful for the way that God revealed himself over and over during my illness. I have felt so blessed. D in Georgia

Praise God for holding you all, while you went through this deep trial. and I rejoice in the good work He has done in you, and for your family as a whole! I've been dealing with cancer for nearly 10 years now, I know the strain it puts on a family! I am so happy to hear your good news!!!
