Not one character of the Bible was written without inspiration of God. Every verse, every sentence, every word and where it is placed in Scripture is significant. Way, way, way too many things tie in, like a woven tapestry, for the Bible to be merely man-made.

B-I-B-L-E: Basic Information Before Leaving Earth

Pretend you are a 'flat-person'. You live on a page in a website. The artist who drew you wanted to communicate with you, but you couldn't conceive of him, see him or talk to him, or even begin to understand him because you only exist in two dimensions.

Same with us and God. God exists in multiple dimensions - We could never know to what extent, He is so far beyond our capacity to imagine, but let's say He existed in three. Our flat paper friend could never conceive of the three-dimension world you and I actually live in. So, the artist, we'll let him be a computer programmer, writes a code into the program to gently 'show' himself to the flat-lander.

This is what we have in the Bible. Jesus, when He was here, in Flatsville, showing Himself to us physically, declared that every word he spoke was directly from God. That he did not change one word, and that the Comforter - the Holy Spirit, would repeat to the disciples the exact words that Jesus had spoken after he went back to heaven.

Immediately, within a few years, the god of this world, Satan, and his minions began tampering with God's Word.

Too long to go into here, suffice to say that God has kept His Word pure. There are over 5000 manuscripts, whole and partial that agree with each other. Unfortunately, the god of this world, our deadly enemy, is intent on destroying anything that has to do with his enemy - God, and that includes tampering with His Word.

In fact, the first words out of his mouth in the Garden of Eden, to Eve, were, "Yea, hath God said?" He then went on to con Eve into his lie (he is named the Father of Lies) and gained the upper hand on Earth.

Now to the present deception - and still tampering with God's Word. These so-called translations, I call them per-versions, have all the fingerprints of deception. They reduce God and Jesus and elevate rituals. One of Satan's biggest deceptions is that we can work our way to Heaven.

Back to the tapestry - these new 'versions' don't have the richness, depth and purity as the Authorized Version.
The threads do not connect and the colors are very pale. It's kind of like a faded out, cracked shadowy photograph of what was once a vibrant painting.

NOT, not, not saying people cannot find Christ through these words. God can use the very rocks to cry out if He so wants, and He can convict hearts by showing Himself in many ways.

But, would you rather sit through a difficult to understand yet eloquent performance of Hamlet, complete with all stage trimmings, seasoned actors, rich, elegant surroundings, a virtuoso symphony performing, or some guy on the street rapping, "To be, or wha?"

The AV, aka the KJV is a rich tapestry, interwoven, interlaced with hidden treasure, just waiting to be found.
