swollen feet

I have noticed lately that when its hot outside my feet are swelling. I am also going through perimenopause. They are fine after I have been off them and slept all night,m but once I am up they start to swell. Some days they are not too bad but some days they are huge! Does anyone else suffer from this?

Generally no, I don't have this problem, but my mom does. We found that by wearing compression socks, it helps a lot.
My brother, who's job requires that he is on his feet a lot, wears them also.

You can get a 2 pack at Walmart for $9.00 in the Health and Beauty Aid section. They help with the circulation in your lower legs and feet.

They can be sign of other medical conditions also, so check with your doctor.

Thanks for the replies. I drank alot of water last night and today they seem to be better. Wondering if I was dehydrated? Will def check with my dr as soon as I get insurance.

I would get checked for any medical conditions, like high bp or heart failure or kidney issues. other than that you can try and keep yourself cool and drink lots of water. feel better!!
