    Even in my darker hours...

Even in my darker hours when I feel most convicted for my thoughts and idea's that have become flesh from my past once again, this new(ish) creature that I have been molded into whom trips over everything laid out before him is still amazed that God is faithful and truly amazing has once again answered a prayer. A prayer that has been prayed about for sometime, both subconsciously and verbally aloud as well as under-breath is shocked especially the conviction I've been dealing with.

    Let me explain:

I sold my 2nd vehicle late January 2011, an old Suburban (87) that my best friend bought as a point A-B for winter purposes, needed cash since my first child was on his way. He drove it till March 2012 as it was giving him idle issues, turns out all it needed was a good long hard run down the highway to clear out the gunk. He sold it to my really good Christian brother form Bible college, he needed it to fix his nearly pristine (87) full size GMC Jimmy and his (87) C/k (ironic they are all 87's); the truck was my room mates from Bible college and he bought it off him!

Anyways, he doesn't want to drive the truck anymore since his apartment burned down and had to move back into his parents, that is a large round trip and is borrowing his dads little ranger till he finds something in town again. He will be finishing putting the Suburbans transmission into the Jimmy by winter and the truck just needs shocks then its finished.

    Praise GOD!!!

He called me and asked if I wanted to use his truck, he knew I liked it. First he offered to sign it over to me so I could insure it, he trusts me but I told him I would rather buy it out right or make a deal and that's what we just did.

In two weeks we are driving down for the day and I am going to pick it up.

Just wanted to share about this, I am just ecstatic right now and wish I had the time to drive down this weekend. I was looking for a jeep wrangler for beach and trail use but this is perfect since we may be getting a house in the next year, can haul all my wood and has a five inch lift with 33's under neath, a little rust and need some minor work but I've been wanting a project vehicle and best of all its only $500 for me.

Just wanted to share this, and praise God! Second vehicle for going to work, this way I can leave the Explorer with my wife so she can actually go out and do things while I am working.

    Sorry for wall of text.
