Genesis 12:3
I've noticed that all the flags are at half staff around here. I'm not sure if it's local or national, but does anyone know why?
When I went on base I asked the SP at the gate why they were at half staff and he said "someone passed away". I told him that I realized that, but who was it?
He didn't know.

Identity crisis
The flags were to remain at half mast in honor of the Oak Creek Wis. shooting victims until 8-10-12. If there are any flags half mast after this, it is merely an error.
