    Could not be more wrong........

The "he" in the veser must be consistant.

    God as "He"

Daniel 9:27 And God shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week God shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations God shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

God confirms a covenanat not Satan. What do you think Daniel has been speaking the entire chapter? Satan and an agreement? No.

    4 And I prayed unto the Lord my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

Note the covenant confirmed is the Abrahamic wherein they read the Law of Moses. The week (7 days) is the feast of tabernacles.

I could go on with the others points as well.

    Satan as "He"

Daniel 9:27 And Satan shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week Satan shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations Satan shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Does satan really make it desolate due to abominations?
Just not the case. The HE......Is the prince that is to come in Daniel 26.

Verse 25 mentions a coming prince... Obviously Jesus. The coming prince in verse 26 is therefore obviously Jesus.

Unless the bible is trying to confuse us.

The mayor will come to the town hall in a Cadillac. The people of the coming mayor will support him.
I see one mayor. Maybe you guys see two?

Not necessarily nor obviously. Since Jesus is specifically called "Messiah" in this context, the coming prince is actually the Antichrist.

The actual Hebrew mentions anointed prince.

The anointed prince shall come. The people of the coming prince shall ruin the city.

Two princes? That's not very logical. Especially when Josephus the historian confirms that Galilean Jews ruined the city before the Romans destroyed it. It was Jesus own countrymen who ruined Jerusalem.

the 2 princes/ 'anointed ones' are the antichrist, then the false prophet. Not strange or difficult
then Jesus and His people (Rev 18) will destroy both

The title of the thread is key in determining the pronouns in verse 27 IMO.

and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate

Shall make what desolate? Would it not be the city and the sanctuary mentioned in verse 26?
These verses offer a 10,000 foot view of the past (v26) and the future (v27). This passage is one that really speaks to the desolation and restoration of the temple as also described in Daniel 8:11-14.

He even exalted himself as high as the Prince of the host; and by him the daily sacrifices were taken away, and the place of His sanctuary was cast down. Because of transgression, an army was given over to the horn to oppose the daily sacrifices; and he cast truth down to the ground. He did all this and prospered. Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to that certain one who was speaking, How long will the vision be, concerning the daily sacrifices and the transgression of desolation, the giving of both the sanctuary and the host to be trampled underfoot? And he said to me, For two thousand three hundred days; then the sanctuary shall be cleansed.

I believe the call to restore the temple to again be made desolate by the prince (his people destroyed the last one) will happen around 2370.
