    We still can't beat the 23rd Psalm for comfort.

    The Lord is Shepherd; I shall not want.
    He maketh me to lie down in green pastures;
    He leadeth me beside the still waters;
    He restoreth my soul. He leadeth me into the paths of righteousness, for his name's sake.

    Yeah though I walk throught the valley of the shadow of death. I will fear no evil,for though art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
    Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies; thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

    Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.

    Smile Trust and Praise

    Psalm 56:3-4

    When I am afraid, I put my trust in You.

    In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
    What can flesh do to me?

    Lord, when my faith in You is weak and small, cause my trust in You to be strong and large.

    Psalm 62:8

    Trust in Him at all times, O people;
    pour out your heart before Him;
    God is a refuge for us. Selah.

    Selah, pause, rest, meditate, reflect.

    He makes lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside still waters . . . Psa 23:2

    He is like a tree planted by streams of water . . . Psa 1:3

    You prepare a table before me . . . Psa 23:5

    To be fed at the table of Mercy on the bread of Grace.

    PRAISE THE LORD, AMEN and AMEN!

    Smile Psalm 93, Mark 4, Psalm 100

    The old hymn A 'Mighty Fortress Is Our God' states in part . . . "From age to age the same"

    Psalm 93:1-3
    The Lord reigns; He is robed in majesty; The Lord is robed; He has put on strength as His belt. Yes, the world is established; it shall never be moved.
    Your throne is established from of old; You are from everlasting.
    The floods have lifted up, O Lord, the floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their roaring.

    Mark 4:37-38
    And a great storm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat so that the boat was already filling.
    But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion, And they woke him and said to him, "Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?"

    Psalm 93:4
    Mightier than the thunders of many waters, mightier than the waves of he sea, the Lord on high is mighty!

    Mark:4:39-40
    And He awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
    He said to them, "Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?"

    Psalm93:5
    Your decrees are very trustworthy; holiness befits your house, O Lord, forevermore.

    Psalm 33:9
    For he spoke, and it came to be; he commanded, and it stood firm.

    Mark 4:41
    And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, "Who is then is this, that even the wind and sea obey him?"

    Psalm 107:25
    For he commanded and raised the stormy wind, which lifted up the waves of the sea.

    Psalm 100:3, 5
    Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
    (Psa. 23:2b He makes me lie down in green pastures)
    For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

    Praise the Lord, He is mighty, He does care if we are perishing;
    Praise the Lord, He is the same yesterday, today and forever!

    Psalm 121:8
    The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore.

    Praise the Lord, Hallelujah, Amen and Amen!

    Psalm 27:1 - "The Lord is my Light and my Salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the Strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

    27:11 - Teach me Your way O Lord, and lead me in a smooth path because of my enemies.

    27:13 - I would have lost heart , unless I had believed I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

    27:14 Wait, I say, on the Lord."

    It's a great Psalm to remember in times of stress. . .

    PSALM 84:10:

    I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
    than dwell in the tents of wickedness.

    This verse shows my heart's intent to cling to Christ, as well as showing that I have known the pleasures of wrongdoing. It shows that humility is needed for the journey.

    Psalm 62:5-8
    My soul, wait silently for God alone,
    For my expectation is from Him.
    He only is my rock and my salvation;
    He is my defense;
    I shall not be moved.
    In God is my salvation and my glory;
    The rock of my strength,
    And my refuge, is in God.
    Trust in Him at all times, you people;
    Pour out your heart before Him;
    God is a refuge for us.

    My God is my refuge and my strength; He will complete the work He has started in me

    Psalm 134

    Ps 134: A great little Psalm:

    Behold, bless the LORD,
    all you servants of the LORD,
    Who by night stand in the house
    of the LORD!
    Lift up your hands in the
    sanctuary,
    And bless the LORD.

    The LORD who made heaven and
    earth
    Bless you from Zion!

    Psalm 139:13) For You formed my inward parts;
    You covered me in my mother’s womb.

    14) I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.

    15) My frame was not hidden from You,
    When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.

    16) Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed.
    And in Your book they all were written,
    The days fashioned for me,
    When as yet there were none of them.

    23) Search me, O God, and know my heart;
    Try me, and know my anxieties;

    24) And see if there is any wicked way in me,
    And lead me in the way everlasting.

    My praise

    Ps 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
    God is Great and Greatly to Praised " Let us all Praise the Lord continuely and Sing his Praises from our heart and speak his word to all we talk to in our daily walk" and he will make us "Happy In The Lord " Love your sister in the Lord .....Ida

    Prayer 1 Jn 5:14-15 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
