OK, Bow Season opens here at the end of the month so my buddy and I have setup out ladder stands. Mine faces to the north...



My buddies faces to the south and it about 250 meters away from mine:



I climbed up into my buddies stand and took three pics, right to left. You'll notice this strange person in the third pic... looks like a Cheech monster

She Has a Cannon Rebel digital camera with the 58mm zoom lens it came with.

But she took these pics below with a Cheapo digital camera and a flash in the rain at night! a few years ago

Nope, I'll be shooting the deer that walk by me. Here is a doe and fawn taken by the game camera I had setup about 15 meters from my stand. Hope I take a pic of at least one buck over the next 3 weeks

Hi Slug

With what do you hunt? Bow or rifle? Your equipment?

I start with bow here at the end of the month. Then black powder season and then rifle season. I use a Thompson Black Diamond XR Inline and a Remington .270 rifle respectively.

I went scouting this morning and sat in my stand from about 0510 to about 0700. Here are some pics I took. Too bad I can't post the vid I took of the deer.

Before the sun was up this rabbit was feeding about 15 feet infront of the base of my stand. Even with the flash going off he wasn't fazed and kept on eating:



Here is the sun beginning to rise:





Here is a deer that I first heard behind me (typical) at 0620 and finally came around to my left at 0625. I filmed her and took some more pics till 0645 when she finally went out of sight.
