Hey Battle-friends!
Some of you fanatics came up with the grand idea of having a Robin Hood Edition of this game. So after thinking about it, this is what we came up with:
The basic rules are the same as in the Regular Version of the Game:
Post ending in 0=1 point
Post ending in 1=2 points
No double posting
First to get to exactly 40 wins
No one person is allowed to win more than 3 rounds in a row
Posts ending in '00' = 2 points, e.g. #100, 200, 300, etc.
Post #1000 = 3 points
Posts ending in '11' = 4 points, e.g. #11, 211, 311, etc.
Post #111 = 6 points
Post #1111 = 8 points
To this, the following rule will be added:
A person landing on a '0' or '1' post can choose to take the point(s) awarded by that post away from somebody else and give them to somebody who doesn't have that many points. In other words, if I land on a '1' post, I can choose to either take 2 points for myself or take them away from somebody else's score and give them to somebody who doesn't have that many points yet. Since this is the Robin Hood version, the points should be taken away from one of the people with the most points so far.
Not sure if this will fly, but we'll see...
