Hebrew 12:13) And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed

Why do some people know the straight path but still choose to remain off it? You can’t sit at the Devil’s table and God’s table. Many people are trying to sit at both at once. But what in between can there be? Is not evil evil and good good? “Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee”. People know the truth but don’t want to submit to it.
How does the straight path relate to repentance? Many people claim repentance but don’t have it! 2 Peter 2:21) For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them)) “The dog is turned to his own vomit again” Many are living a lukewarm life, not fleeing from sin, but have became comfortable living in it. Job 28:28
)… Fear of the Lord is wisdom and to depart from evil is understanding)) If your life is filled with sin what evil have you departed from?
Aren’t we suppose to be lights in mist of a the crooked and perverse nation. If we walk in perverseness and stay submissive to the sinful nature then aren’t we living in darkness and not the light? John 1:6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not truth)) “Let no man deceive you”, By the grace of God, by leaning to God to help us with our infirmity, with our weakness, we can cast aside “the sin which doth so easily beset us”, but many don’t lean to God nor ask his help. To ”find grace in the time of need” means in our time of weakness and sin is a weakness because Roman 3:23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God)).
Can you be a Christian but not be on the straight path? Luke 13:Strive to enter in at the straight gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.)) You can claim “Christian” but are you living it? Make an effort because “once the master has risen up, and hath shut to the door”, it will be too late. Seek the Lord while he may be found.
