I was expecting a link but that works perfectly.

Thanks for your help, both of you.

If there is more, maybe something that you think pertains to the end times in other verses, post it.

From a friend who may or may not be on this board:

Great question. Here are the main ones:

Of course, the book of Revelation covers 22 chapters - but that may be cheating.

Many chapters have a dual focus, but have their fullest expression at the end of the age, such as Deuteronomy 28 & 32-33.

Psalms 2, 10, 24, 36, 45 - 48, 68, 83, 91, 102, 110, 118, and 149 and others either are speaking directly about the end of the age or have significant ET application; you could make a case for Psalms 120-134 as well.

Isaiah 2, 4, 6, 8-9, 11-14, 24-28, 34-35, 40, 54-56, 60-66 all speak about the end of the age, and you could make a strong case for many other passages in Isaiah, of course. (I think we're up to 68...)

Jeremiah 23, 30-31, 33 are the main ones, but again there are others; Ezekiel 20:33-44, 34, 36-48; and I'm sure others could add to that as well...

Daniel is the main end-times book in the Old Testament - you could argue for the inclusion of the entire book, but of course, the main section is contained in chapters 7-12...

Many of the "Minor Prophets" have what is known as "near/far" prophetic application - in other words, there is immediate application in the preaching of these prophets to the people of that day - but there is a greater fulfillment at the end of the age.

Hosea 1-3, 5:13-6:3, & 14; Joel 1-3; Amos 3, 5, 9; Obadiah 15-21; Micah 4-5; 7; Nahum 1; Habakkuk 3; Zephaniah 3; Zechariah 1-8, 12-14; Malachi 4...

I think we're up to 122 chapters...onto the New Testament:

Matthew 13, 22, 23:37 - 25:46, 28:16-20; Mark 4, 13; Luke 21; John 1:43-51; 17...

Romans 9-11; 1 Corinthians 15; Ephesians 1-3; Colossians 1; 1 Thessalonians 4-5; 2 Thessaloians 2; 1 Timothy 4; 2 Timothy 3-4:1-5; 1 Peter 1, 4; 2 Peter 3...

I think we hit about 148 chapters (counting the initial 22 chapters of Revelation), and you could make the case for many more passages that I overlooked. I did not count those 15 chapters of Psalms (120-134). It will take some labor to unfold some of those passages to find their end-time application, others will be more obvious. Hope that helps!

A logical argument could be made that all scripture speaks of Jesus, and Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, thus all scripture is prophetically pointing to eternity.

Rev 19:10 For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Not really helpful, but it does one-up the last guy.

But seriously, when you open your Bible with an eschatological lens, all kinds of scriptures pop off the page at you.

Random Examples:

Prov 10:3 The LORD does not let the righteous go hungry,
but he thwarts the craving of the wicked.

What are the implications of this scripture for His end-time purposes?

Joshua 5:12 And the manna ceased the day after they ate of the produce of the land. And there was no longer manna for the people of Israel, but they ate of the fruit of the land of Canaan that year.

Could this scripture have implications for His end-time purposes? Maybe...

My point is that all scripture informs us as to the person and character of Jesus Christ, and Revelation is the Revelation of Jesus, and His end-time plan.
