If God picks a person that He knows will do what He picks them to do, does that mean that they didn't have a choice in doing it?

Let's elaborate a bit. If God picks a person because He knows they will do what He ordains them to, does that mean that they didn't have a choice in doing it?

Many Blessings,

God knows all (Omniscience), therefore, all you have to say is:

When God picks someone to do something, do or don't they have a choice in doing it?

I believe scripture gives us examples of times where God picks people to do tasks and they do them, and times when he picks people to do tasks and they don't do them.

His Omniscience doesn't fatalistically determine the outcome, it just knows the outcome.
