Yad L'achim: 'Kids in Secular Schools Don't Know Shema'
Iyar 27, 5771, 31 May 11 09:33
by David Lev
(Israelnationalnews.com) Days before the holiday of Shavuot, the head of the Yad L'achim organization, Rabbi Sholom Dov Lipschitz, called for more action in promoting Jewish identity among tens of thousands of Jewish schoolchildren in Israel.
There are some 80,000 non-Jewish students in Israeli schools now, where they attend classes with Jewish children, said Rabbi Lipschitz. As a result, the Jewish identity of these children is eroding. Eventually this may lead to high levels of intermarriage, as in the U.S.
"These children do not even know how to say the Shema Yisrael prayer; they cannot complete the holy sentence that accompanied Jews throughout all the generations, all the exiles. These children, already the third generation of the great immigration from Arab countries, are being ignored spiritually."
And if that weren't enough, continued Rabbi Lipschitz, there are 25,000 members of missionary communities in Israel now. They open one after another, funded by generous budgets. Israel has turned into a center of international missionary activity, where they now train missionaries to be sent abroad.

These statistics, said Rabbi Lipschitz, should shock every Jew. Once, when we heard about a far-removed member of the community whose daughter married a non-Jew, we cried and mourned. Once, when we heard about even the most secularized Jew who left their religion, we would sit like mourners and rip our clothes. Today, when these things have become commonplace, no one says a thing.

This is not the time to engage in just a defensive war, said Rabbi Lipschitz. We must go out to war, invading his 'lands,' so he does not conquer ours.

By way of example, Rabbi Lipschitz demanded religious and hareidi Knesset members do more to include Jewish identity content in the secular school system. It is unbelievable that these MKs sit in the government and uncaringly ignore the fate of these young Jews who are being lost. If they sit in the Knesset and the government and allow these things to continue, they have a terrible responsibility on their shoulders.

Is dit so?

Jy is heeltemal reg.

Jerusalem – crossroads of the world

http://www.thechristadelphian.com/i/kingdomofgodmap.gif

We have seen that the kingdom of God will be focused on a Jewish State with a Jewish king. Now, every king must have a residence, a capital, a central seat of authority. Jerusalem will be that centre; and what place more fitting? One thousand years before Christ the Jewish poets declared:

“Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.” (Psalm 48:2)

It will make a superb capital – more central than Washington, DC, Moscow or Beijing – and convenient to the great land continents of Europe, Africa and Asia.
This kingdom of God is to be a world empire and Jesus Christ the emperor. This was revealed long ago. The prophet Daniel, interpreting a vision which forecast the successive empires of Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome, to be followed by a fragmented world of strong and weak governments leading up to the coming of Jesus Christ, pictured God’s agent in the form of a “stone” descending to crush the rebellious nations at the time of the end:

“And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.” (Daniel 2:44)

Here is another prophetic statement:

“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” (Revelation 11:15)

‘n Paar interessanthede!

"[The Israeli flag] represents a state which strives to conquer all territory between the Nile and the Euphrates." (Turkye se voormalige Islamitiese premier, Necmettin Erbakan - Ma'ariv, 14 Augustus 1996).

1 Kron.

Sy kleinseun was Aram. Gen. 22:20-21
25
3. Moab en Ammon. Huidige Jordani.
[Eseg. 25:3 ―En s aan die kinders van Ammon: Hoor die woord van die Here HERE. So spreek die Here HERE: Omdat jy ha, ha! geroep het oor my heiligdom, omdat dit ontheilig is, en oor die land van Israel, omdat dit verwoes is, ... “
So het hul op 25 Mei 1967 om 14:00 oor radio Karo uitgesaai: “The Arab nation is inexhaustible in its determination to eradicate Israel from the face of the earth, and to re-establish the honour of the Arabs in
Palestine.”

Jes. 19

Janee, dis waar. As die Here iets wil he, gaan dit gebeur. :)
